Vacant Paisano's now available for lease as "prime" space in Bethesda

As if we needed any more evidence that Paisano's has permanently closed at 4914 Del Ray Avenue. Now a sign has been posted officially announcing the restaurant is available for lease. The banner describes it as "prime" space. Certainly it is a prime space in general, but probably not if you're trying to open a pizza parlor. Two in a row have now failed there. Anything else besides pizza I think would be a better fit at this spot!

If someone opened a quick burger place like a modern twist on Little Tavern they'd make a fortune.

The Georgetown story has nothing to do with Bethesda, which is likely why comments are disabled. Pointing this out is clearly in violation of the imaginary “comment policy,” hence why this comment was deleted.

@5:20 It's sponsored content, but not labeled that way. Dyer's gotta pay the bills!
