Potomac man missing

Montgomery County police are seeking the public's help in locating a missing Potomac man. Ricky Kapoor, 24, was last seen in Houston, Texas, but is thought by detectives to have returned to Montgomery County since he last spoke to family on December 29.

Police describe Kapoor as a white male, 5′ 06” tall, and 160 pounds. He has brown hair and brown eyes. Kapoor was last observed driving a 2000 Nissan Xterra, silver in color, with Pennsylvania tag number KFA8832.
