Recent vacancies at the Wildwood Shopping Center in Bethesda are in the process of being filled with new tenants. Piccoli Piatti Pizzeria has just posted "coming soon" signage in the windows of its future Wildwood location at 10257 Old Georgetown Road. The pizzeria will open in 2020.

This shopping center does so much better than the woodmont triangle area. I wonder why. Is it the landlord or the design/programming of the retail spaces.
It's really odd that shopping center is doing so well, given that the MoCo Cartel shut down the Georgetown Square cinema in 1994.
