Montgomery County police responded to a report of a strong-arm robbery in downtown Bethesda Wednesday morning, November 8, 2023. The robbery was reported in the 4300 block of East-West Highway at 7:30 AM Wednesday. That is right at the gateway to downtown Bethesda, near Bethesda-Chevy Chase High School.
