Mandi Mediterranean Bar Grill Lounge looks like it's ready to open any day now at 4906 St. Elmo Avenue in Bethesda. The tables are set in the dining room. See a photo of the menu - which isn't even on the restaurant's unfinished website as of this writing - below. Mandi's operating hours will be 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM Monday through Saturday, and 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM on Sundays.

I'm sorry and I hope I'm wrong but this looks absolutely horrible. Nothing about this place looks enticing. Bethesda food scene has come a long way and the days of every type of ethnic food (and I have no problem with that at all but most aren't done well) needs to be over. It's so incredibly expensive to open anything here so if you do, it better be good and look good or you're at great risk from the start.
Wow! I give them 6 months.
Add fries and a drink, 6 bucks! Me thinks they believe the Bethesda hype.
