Lighted logo signs have been installed just below the roofline at the new Cecil Apartments at 8015 Old Georgetown Road, at the edge of downtown Bethesda. Last night, they were lit up. Such branding signage, high up on the facade and illuminated, is rare for residential buildings in our area. Similar signs were installed on the The Rae, another new apartment complex near Montgomery Mall, earlier this year. So it's a trend we may see more of in the near future.

Would not want to rent that unit directly below the sign!
Kenny Rogers Roasters!
Off topic but close enough since it's Old G-town Rd... You can't even watch a nice nostalgic quality documentary of WHFS 102.3 Feast Your Ears without that damn elrich popping up for an interview clip or two just to ruin it.
1:39 - So great. I tapped the WHFS doc and fast forwarded the part when that fat load, Elrich, popped onto the screen. Why on earth they put him in their film is beyond me. He knows nothing and did nothing for music or that great radio station.
