Beth's Cafe & Bar has opened at 4948 Fairmont Avenue in downtown Bethesda. The casual American restaurant shares a building with ala. Please note that, according to the hours posted on Google, Beth's is closed on Sundays and Mondays. Operating hours are 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM, Tuesday through Saturday. We went opening night and the experience was lovely. Beautiful atmosphere and great live music.
Are those shots outside? That looks like outdoor dining to me which is fine. But if those pictures are of the main dining room then it looks pretty sterile to me. Not what I imagined and doesn't exactly have the neighborhood, comfortable vibe I think that they're going for. Can you get more photos? Thanks!

I believe they were updating their website. Now it's better.
That is the dullest, most completely generic menu I think I've ever read.
