Was the actual crime reported as a 'pick pocket' or theft? Many of these restaurant thefts are due to customers leaving their possessions unguarded and they are quickly snatched when the customer is distracted.
Thanks. An area to avoid like the plague.
7201 Wisconsin Ave is Panera. Perp is probably the "sitting on the sidewalk" homeless individual terrorizing that location (most recently especially) the last 2 days.
That has to be Tatte right? Place is always slammed, and there’s a lot of people coming and going. Seating is limited so maybe someone left their belongings in a seat while they ordered their food.
Swing and a serious miss. You're no Sherlock for sure.
Now we all know whom his primary enabler is. That incorrigible troublemaker needs to be locked up & removed from the streets.
