Green & Bean Boutique is opening soon at 4600 East-West Highway in Bethesda. The "eco-luxe" gift shop will feature "a curated selection of sustainable, ethically-sourced" items from over 40 brands. Products include housewares, home and garden decor and accessories, jewelry, pantry and cocktail bar items, games and puzzles, bags, stationary and cards, and indie magazines. Green & Bean started as a pop-up in Annapolis, and is transitioning to a permanent store here in Bethesda.

This place has to be some sort of money laundering front. It has sat fully stocked for over 7 months now with a bunch of random odds and ends that no normal person would be looking to buy. There is no way this store would bring in enough revenue to cover that lease. It's either laundering or someone with absolutely no business sense whatsoever.
Robert, can you update on the Simona Cafe opening in the former Starbucks on E-W Highway? It's next to that Sisters place which most certainly won't make it. Simona looks excellent. Thanks!
