Morley moves on Bethesda Lane (Photos)
As I was hearing a few weeks ago, Morley indeed has slid one door down to take over the former Lucy space at 7112 Bethesda Lane. Pampillonia Jewelers will now move from Mazza Gallerie into the vacated Morley space at 7114 Bethesda Lane.

Morley opening today at Bethesda Row (Photos)
Morley, the latest fashion boutique arrival at Bethesda Row, is opening today on Bethesda Lane. Yesterday, they installed some additional signage on the exterior. But the paper window coverings meant that we'll only find out today what the interior looks like.

Morley installs signage at Bethesda Row, Molly Maid paints Bethesda pink (Photos)
A couple of new businesses in town are making evident progress toward opening.
The biggest news is Morley, the new boutique opening on Bethesda Lane August 1. They're converting the space just vacated by Ginger Boutique, and installed storefront signage yesterday. Work continues on the interior. The website wasn't live yet as of last night when I tried it, so stay tuned.
For those with fashion retail experience, you'll be interested to know Morley is hiring staff, as well.
Meanwhile, on the other side of town, a very different business is prepping its new headquarters.
Molly Maid is turning the old plumbing house at 4901 Rugby Avenue into its new Bethesda-Northwest DC office. They're currently painting the house pink.
Molly Maid is also hiring. They're holding a job fair at the pink house tomorrow (Saturday), July 18, from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

Morley to take over Ginger Boutique space at Bethesda Row
Fashionistas lamenting the July 15 closing of Ginger Boutique have something to look forward to: the opening of a new boutique in that 7114 Bethesda Lane space this August. Morley, a Florida-based independent fashion retailer plans to open there August 1.
Once Ginger closes, the space will undergo a complete transformation, Periwinkle/Morley Vice President Megan Knott said today. This will be Delray Beach-based Morley's first location outside of Florida, and Knott says "we couldn't be more excited to land it in Bethesda."
Speaking of beaches, Morley's apparel, accessories and home items reflect a coastal resort style that Knott promises they will also "winterize" for year-round appeal in Bethesda. Bottle openers, tableware, gifts and decor items share nautical and ocean themes. Morley's apparel comes from modern brands that reflect a classic sophistication, with a fun and colorful resort living vibe.
That apparel isn't just for ladies, as Morley offers a line for men as well. You can get a preview of everything they carry in their online store and on Facebook.
You can also check out their Instagram accounts at @morleydelray and @periwinklepics.
