Coalition Tattoo is the newest tattoo parlor in downtown Bethesda, and will be celebrating its arrival with walk-in flash sale on September 22 and 23, 2023. Prices will start between $30 and $100, depending upon the design you choose from those available for the flash sale savings. All forms of payment will be accepted, and there is an ATM machine on-site. If you have a custom design in mind, beyond the designs on sale, artists will offer a consultation during the event.

My wife will finally get that anchor tattoo she's wanted since before we got married!
If they were smart they'd charge ten dollars to let passersby stand and watch as people make [bad] life choices in real time.
For those that are not knowing, "flash" in the ink biz means not prepping using a design stencil (think freestyle/freehand.) Just grab the tat machine and start buzzing.
