Wow, the St. Elmo Apartments are really shooting up there at 4922 St. Elmo Avenue in Bethesda. The future apartment tower is starting to gain on next-door neighbor Bainbridge Bethesda in height, and the pace of construction seems to have noticeably picked up in recent weeks. The 22-story building will house 276 luxury apartments, 6000-square-feet of retail and restaurant space, and a 222-space underground parking garage. A November 2024 delivery is now anticipated.
