Zuma by Chef Ninja, an Asian-Caribbean fusion restaurant and lounge at 4866 Cordell Avenue in Bethesda, is aiming for a late September 2023 opening. Operating hours will be 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM Monday through Thursday, 1:00 PM to 3:00 AM Fridays and Saturdays, and 1:00 PM to 1:00 AM on Sundays. Zuma will be located in the former Brickside space.
