Raku will reopen this summer at 7240 Woodmont Avenue at Bethesda Row. The sushi restaurant has been closed for major renovations for several weeks. These renovations had been long in the works, but signage announcing the reopening have just been posted outside their storefront.
Until Raku returns, their Rakugaki location at 10223 Old Georgetown Road at the Wildwood Shopping Center is open for business. There are also Raku locations at Cathedral Commons and Dupont Circle in Washington, D.C.
