The Chili's restaurant at 11428 Rockville Pike has been demolished. Demolition of the adjacent Woodglen Park property is still underway. The site is being redeveloped with a mixed-use residential apartment building, branded for now as North Bethesda Market II. Montgomery County has already approved that project.

Nice to see some new construction. I think it will a slow period of new development for quite a while now. Almost no new capers are being reviewed by the Bethesda Design Advisory Panel.
Chili's closed years ago. Here is a little video of the demolition a few weeks ago. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I5BsJkgr5OU
Agreed. I’ve also noticed the phase 2 work at Westbard has slowed to an Equatorial crawl! I sure hope they finish what they started!!
