Police called after assault at grocery store in Potomac
Montgomery County police were called to a grocery store in Potomac on Tuesday, December 30, 2025, after someone reported having been assaulted there. The assault was reported at a supermarket in the 9800 block of Falls Road at 7:59 PM Tuesday. There is a Giant grocery store on that block, at the Potomac Promenade shopping center.

@2:23, no, but I remember when the only way to hear about crime was reading reports in the newspapers or watching the local news, as opposed to today, when Twitter, regular MCPD press releases published to their own website, and Robert and some other tirelessly devoted folks keep constant vigil on the goings-on in our communities, reporting far more than was ever accomplished in the pre-Internet days.

So is the gunman robber who scared those poor people into getting stuck out on that hotel balcony simply trying to celebrate NYE, out on bail yet, or staying on Mccarthy's sofa?
