Monopoly Utilities Continue to Devastate

They've done it again. Your taxes are going up, food and gas prices are skyrocketing, and now yet another one of your monopoly utility bills has been raised. From the same county council that told you the new energy tax(!) will be "only $30 a year" and that the new "green" homebuilding rules will "only add $20,000" to the price of a house, comes a massive 8% increase in your WSSC water bill. This after they and your Democratic representatives in Annapolis recently approved massive increases in your PEPCO bill.

Don't forget, it was the monopoly WSSC that allowed its system to deteriorate over many decades and failed to maintain its infrastructure, even while receiving record sums of taxpayer cash. Now they want you to pay - again to the power of ten - for their years of mismanagement.
