I enjoy the details going into this project.
It's giving character that should set it apart from soulless Ballston and bland Clarendon.
I do, too. It shows what a small addition can do to give character to a standard facade. I hope there will be other "easter eggs" like this scattered around the completed Pike & Rose. And that county planners will use this as one model for how redevelopment in the Westbard area could preserve some of the history of that area.
