THAT'S A WRAP: BAINBRIDGE BETHESDA ADDS NEW ADS IN GROUND FLOOR WINDOWS (PHOTOS)

Bainbridge not only has some ground floor retail/restaurant space for lease, but it also wants pedestrians cutting through its plaza to learn a bit about their luxury Bainbridge Bethesda apartments as they pass by. New window wraps show scenes from the luxury units upstairs in the 17-story building, as well as marketing images somewhat reminiscent of those employed along the construction fencing of nearby competitor 7770 Norfolk. The pedestrian "street" features art installations and furniture that beckons the public to rest a while, as they pass between St. Elmo and Fairmont Avenues.

Look closely in the first photo. Was one of the tables stolen? The nearest one.

I noticed it also when I walked by a few days ago.

How was their planning for the slope and food/drinks if a restaurant wants to take the retail space?
