7101 Wisconsin renovations begin in Bethesda (Photos)

Renovations have begun at 7101 Wisconsin Avenue, an office building at the corner of Wisconsin Avenue and Leland Street in downtown Bethesda. The property is also currently marketing two vacant spaces for lease on the ground floor. One is a 3148 SF restaurant space, and the other a 2045 SF retail space. The renovation includes the lobby and exterior.

HAHA renovation or not, some crazy tree hugger Wican will always throw a brick through a Gartenhaus window every year or two.

I walk by Gartenhaus every day, and never see any protest activity like tey had back 15 years ago.

Do people buy fur coats any more? Seems like they aren't really in style.

How are they even in business still?

They've been working on this for a while. That building definitely could use some improvement. It's so dark and monolithic!!

Is there a link to more renderings and info?

A restaurant could liven up that block.

I wonder why developers only release a small handful of developers. Would love to see more!
