You'd think it's a good opportunity with the huge intelligence office space coming online right about now.
It's going to be torn down for the Purple Line station.
Rents are way above market there for little spending power - purple line station will be nice addition there as well
Nobody with an income large enough to live there needs a bank branch any more. I haven't stepped foot inside a bank in at least 15 years. It's all about online baking, baby.
