Next Day Sign Express is relocating in downtown Bethesda, but staying within the Woodmont Triangle neighborhood. It is moving from its current location at 7850 Wisconsin Avenue, in the Fairmont Plaza condo building, to 4822 St. Elmo Avenue. Next Day Sign Express provides graphic design, branding consultation, sign manufacturing and sign installation services. It has been in business since 1989.

The guess is their lease is up and they have cut a new affordable lease. It's getting close to the end of the fiscal year and a ripe time for this move. Others may be doing the same.
