First lighted signage installed at Bethesda Lidl

The first lighted signage has been installed at the new Lidl supermarket, opening soon at 7625 Old Georgetown Road at the Bethesda Place development. It is located at the parking garage entrance to the building, and on a tenant roster monument sign. Last night, the signage was already lit up. Lidl replaces the former Safeway store as the anchor retail tenant at Bethesda Place.

"Say hello to my Lidl friend!"

These blow by blow updates are absurd to say the least. Try curbing your enthusiasm for new projects and dial back on the unnecessary revelry.

What are the dimensions of the sign?

"unnecessary revelry" Why are you talking like a 19th century aristocrat? I for one actually enjoy news on developments in local signage. Why don't you "curb your enthusiasm" for being such a huge nerd?

Just so long as no blinking or movement. It's illegal here and it looks trashy and third world. There's a few that need to be curtailed! But we are winning the war on commercial Coloplast signage! Thanks to our early morning walking groups!!

11:43 - Get a life! News on developments in local signage, boy you sound like the life of the party, for Librarians! Screw in a lightbulb if you are that desperate for joy.

I am very insulted by this. I'll have you know that i can "party". In fact, my son took me to one of his shindigs the other week and someone there gave me what they called a "dmt vape". Felt like I was in my 20s again and managed to belt out the baddest cover of Wonderwall any of those kids had ever heard.

@6:55 and @8:15 - you so realize you do not have to read this blog. You both deserve the same ridicule for reading Robert's blog as you are giving it.
