Nan Xiang Soup Dumplings has opened at Westfield Montgomery Mall in Bethesda. The restaurant is currently operating under special soft opening hours. It is open 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM seven days a week. Look for Nan Xiang right by the main outdoor entrance to the Dining Terrace food court on Level 2 of the mall.

It's been jammed since opening. Full of Asians which tells me all I need to know. Can't wait to try when the excitement dies down a bit.
I was in the food court Wednesday evening, and they were absolutely jam-packed, mobbed, with people lined up at the door, waiting just to get their names on the list with the hostess. It looks interesting, but it may take a while for the frenzied crowds to die down sufficiently for one to get near the place.
