Have you kept your New Year's resolution to adopt a healthier lifestyle? It's not too late to take action with Bikram Yoga Bethesda's "March Madness" offer.

Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday this month, Bikram is offering FREE yoga classes during the lunch hours of 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM.

Free access to shower and locker room facilities will be available. Bring your own mat and towel, or you can rent them from Bikram.

No reservation necessary! Just show up and register inside.

Bikram is located in the Fairmont Plaza, at 7832 Wisconsin Avenue. It is very easy to get there using the Bethesda Circulator, which stops right near the building, and is walking distance from Bethesda Metro Center.
