SYMMETRY SALON STUDIOS OPENING IN BETHESDA THIS SPRING (PHOTOS)

Symmetry Salon Studios will open this spring at 4900 Hampden Lane, in downtown Bethesda.

The hair salon's concept is to provide an assortment of stylists, with different areas of expertise, who will each lease an individual studio.  A common reception area will provide a relaxed lobby for all clients.

Symmetry's manager, Jenifer Vincent, is also the first stylist on board. She specializes in coloring and color correction, and is Senior License Certified in Schwarzkopf and many other color lines.  Her other specialties include cutting and forma styling.  Vincent will offer Copula, Moroccan Oil, and Brazilian Blowouts, as well as cuts, styling and coloring. FREE PEOPLE OPENING IN BETHESDA (PHOTO)

Free People, a boho boutique targeted toward twenty-something women, will open in Bethesda this spring at Westfield Montgomery Mall.

The chain grew out of the original Urban Outfitters in Philadelphia. UO, coincidentally, just opened a store in the mall this past fall.

Who is Free People's target customer?

"A 26-year-old girl, smart, creative, confident and comfortable in all aspects of her being, free and adventurous, sweet to tough to tomboy to romantic. A girl who likes to keep busy and push life to its limits, with traveling and hanging out and everything in between. Who loves Donovan as much as she loves The Dears, and can't resist petting any dog that passes her by on the street," according to the company website.
