WB RIVER ROAD CLOSED AT WHITTIER IN BETHESDA (PHOTO)
All westbound lanes of River Road are closed at Whittier in Bethesda. MD State Highway Administration employees and Montgomery County Police are blockading the road there. I would suggest taking Clara Barton Parkway to get to the Beltway instead.
