It's been a while since we checked in at the construction site of The JBG Companies' 7770 Norfolk luxury apartment tower in Bethesda's Woodmont Triangle. You can see the below-grade parking garage taking shape down there. This building will be 17 stories. Click photos to enlarge for detail:
