BETHESDA ROW CONSTRUCTION UPDATE (PHOTOS)

The Lot 31 development project across from Bethesda Row continues, as The Darcy and The Flats rise higher above the future, realigned Woodmont Avenue. There is daily concrete work at the Bethesda Avenue side of the site. The 3 tower cranes are also joined by a smaller, fourth crane atop The Flats.
