Hello, my name is Man Choi, senior manager, field manager for Security Public Storage. The initial burglary did occur and a police report was filed. We have made additional enhancements to our security protocols.

The second alleged burglary that you are referring to is domestic situation. While I cannot provide details, I can share that we verified cameras and our door access logs and have verified no burglary occurred. We unfortunately cannot ask an individual to not file a police report even after providing all the evidence that nothing occurred.

Thank you for your service to the community and I wanted to make sure that they information provide was accurate.
