The new apartment tower project at 7340 Wisconsin Avenue in Bethesda is now one story above street level. A former Exxon gas station that sat vacant for years has been rapidly transformed since developer Greystar broke ground on the site in November of 2023. The future building will include 315,000 gross square feet of development, 300 to 308 residential units, ground floor retail, and around 158 parking spaces. It will sit near the entrance to the Purple Line light rail, and between two entrances to Metro's Red Line subway.

It's taken forever for this to get done and it looks like it'll be a year more. How Barking Dog and businesses along there have stayed open, plus Covid, is a miracle. Nice when done I'm sure. More million dollar units on the upper floors. Amazing they all sell or do they?
These are all apartments, not condos. The last condo project was the Cheval, several years ago.
Tell me you don't understand construction, without telling me you don't understand construction.
Sell? Huh?
