Bethesda construction update: 7770 Norfolk luxury condos (Photos)

In this latest update from the 7770 Norfolk luxury condos construction site, I've included a couple of views of the building you haven't seen before. The design of the rooftop has an impressive appearance as seen from different vantage points around the Woodmont Triangle.

7770's exterior was designed by FXFOWLE, and the interiors of the units by Ceccone Simone. The 244-unit building, with 6000 SF of ground-level retail, is scheduled to deliver this fall. JBG is the developer, and Clark Construction is the construction firm.

Not related to the article but does anyone know what is going on with that "AutoDentz" store (1st picture)? I live right near there and that place initially looked like it was getting renovated and then work stopped. It has been that way for at least 8 months with a steel structure just sitting there.

Do you know if that alley will have access to the parking garage? Is it owned by the property? An easement? Other? Thanks!

I opened that door to the parking garage by the construction zone the other day by mistake. You'd think the county would lock it provide some sort of signage about what to do in case of fire.

I think that was just a staging area for JBG. They own that property too I believe.
