Isn't this in the same mall as Bob's Furniture? Surprising Bob's lease allows a competitor to move in so close.

Tara Thai is crap, chain Thai food. Barnes is good book store that's about it. That entire center is slated to come down at some point and redeveloped.
LOL, let's get rid of Pike and Rose and put Korvette's back in.

I guess with their shiny new development at Pike & Rose, Federal Realty couldn't care less about the quality of tenants in their centers further up the Pike.
1:09 With all the new development and changing demographics in that part of PG, I'll bet you that 15 years from now that the US 1 Corridor between Hyattsville and College Park will have higher quality retail than Rockville Pike (north of Montrose).
