Craft Beer & Wine has opened at 4459-B Willard Avenue in Friendship Heights. In addition to sales of beer and fine wines, the shop also can deliver to your home, or have your advance order ready for immediate pickup when you arrive. There is also a Maryland-themed selection of 14 beers on tap, and wines that are available by the glass.
The changing selection of on-tap beers initially includes Blue Crab, a double dry-hopped India pale ale that pays tribute to "the best thing you can pull from the Chesapeake Bay" from Other Half Brewing in Brooklyn; Haze for Days pale ale by Crooked Crab Brewing Company in Odenton; Glass Castle, a pilsner from Silver Spring's Silver Branch Brewing Company; EP Pils, a German pilsner from Elder Pine Brewing & Blending in Gaithersburg; and Farm Dog Vienna Lager from the Beer Farm in Brookeville.
Craft Beer & Wine is open from 10:00 AM to midnight Monday through Saturday, and 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM on Sundays. To arrange a pickup or delivery order, their phone number is 240-858-6096.

The real name for these shops should be MoCo Upscale Bev Shop. They are all county owned and operated.
@9:46 Not true. Shops are county supplied, which I agree they shouldn't be, but most are not owned or operated by the county. The private owner of Craft is the same owner as Geste's by Bethesda Metro Center Station. And I wish AJ the absolute best with the new store!!!
