BT's Bethesda Bar & Grill update

More signage has been posted outside of BT's Bethesda Bar & Grill at 4866 Cordell Avenue in downtown Bethesda. The restaurant is currently hiring for all positions. This was previously home to Zuma by Chef Ninja and Brickside Food & Drink. The new restaurant is expected to open next month.

I wonder what having to walk up a flight of stairs does for a restaurant business. When I check out a place for lunch, I look in the window -check out if people are there and the vibe of the place. Seeing a menu posted is a plus.

Apparently 8:55 AM you are not from here or forget that this space was previously the home of Brickside for many years. It was very succsessful and only closed by the owner for personal reasons. Also, they had, and I guess this place will, a menu card in a sidewalk level display. Learning?

I was just wondering I wasn't there a fish restaurant at that location too? The location seem to turnover. So I was wondering if the second floor is a tougher location for an eatery.

Some customers might like it precisely because, while they eat, others won't peep through street-level windows to check out them and the vibe.

I am happy if my presence, happily enjoying a repast, inspires them to try out the eatery for themselves.

So does upstairs hurt or help?
