Only a couple of workers were visible inside, but every table was set for dining, and all furnishings, light fixtures, and equipment was in place. Don't know much about them but there's definitely a buzz. The downtown Charleston, SC location had a wait out the door every day I noticed recently. P&R has some decent food offerings for sure. Mostly hits over misses and this is definitely in the hit column as far as I can tell.
Been to the one at the DC Wharf and it’s quite good.
