While unexpected excavation issues caused lengthy delays, the Bainbridge Bethesda project is finally climbing above street level between St. Elmo and Fairmont Avenues.
The luxury residential building will actually bridge both streets, enhancing walkability, and activating both avenues after dark with ground floor retail and restaurants.
Currently, what's rising doesn't yet resemble the artistic rendering, but construction is really picking up steam.
