Neuhaus Chocolate Bethesda Row store tour (Photos)

Let's take a look inside the new Neuhaus Chocolate boutique at 7123 Bethesda Lane at Bethesda Row. In addition to the Belgian chocolate items, they also have cookies and biscuits. Smurfs collectors will not only want to buy the limited-edition Smurf candy items, but I was surprised to see they also have stuffed Smurf toys with "Neuhaus" hats on, making them real collector's items for the completist.

Oh. My. Smurf.
I have a smile on my face and a 'smurf you' attitude.

Are the Smurfs still relevant? Were they ever?

Cinco, it's a Belgium thing.
"In a linguistically divided country, the Smurfs have become a unifying symbol in Belgium alongside chocolate, waffles, beer and the national soccer team. 'They (Smurfs) are a symbol of Belgian culture and of Belgian heritage'"
