TTR Sotheby's International Realty has opened at 4809 Bethesda Avenue at Bethesda Row. The real estate firm specializes in luxury homes in the Washington, D.C. area. Some of the homes they are currently listing appear at the stairwell entrance area to the firm's upstairs office.

Fleeing because the MoCo Cartel closed that theater.
Nice looking offices, but I’m surprised the didn’t install a large 4K monitor in that lobby, visible from the sidewalk, with a rotating display of houses for sale. The small images are tiny and not very impressive. They have such a large lobby, it seems like a missed chance to showcase their customers houses on a large screen.
Why? No one wealthy lives here anymore. Except people who are part of the Deep State and MoCo Cartel, or something.
