How in the world does Barking Dog stay open if in fact it still is? There are a ton of projects going at the same time and that will only continue. But basically, the entire block where Barking Dog Saloon is, has been completely inaccessible for at least two years. And MoCo just increases parking rates. Nice.
Hopefully they use a good amount of dust mitigation measures when they finally bring this place down.
