Demolition accelerating at future site of Hampden House in Bethesda (Photos)

B.F. Saul, owner of the office building at 7316 Wisconsin Avenue in downtown Bethesda, had previously stated that interior demolition of the building had been completed. However, demolition work on the inside underway now is visible from the outside. Spectators can see right through the building now. The structure is coming down to make way for B.F. Saul's Hampden House project.

How in the world does Barking Dog stay open if in fact it still is? There are a ton of projects going at the same time and that will only continue. But basically, the entire block where Barking Dog Saloon is, has been completely inaccessible for at least two years. And MoCo just increases parking rates. Nice.

Hopefully they use a good amount of dust mitigation measures when they finally bring this place down.
