"Coming soon" signage has been posted at the future location of The Organic Butcher of Bethesda at 7925 Old Georgetown Road. Interior fit-out of the shop is underway. Walls are currently being constructed. The shop was expected to open before the end of the year, so we'll have to see how quickly construction progresses, as to whether that date may slip a bit.

Been to their McLean store many times. No pun intended but it really is a cut above. This is a major addition to Bethesda. Everything they do is top notch and the butchers on site have the skills of a bygone era. Order the Denver cut. Not a common steak cut but incredible. Thank me later. This will surpass Butcher's Alley which I think is good but Organic Butcher is better and their name alone will attract.
