The Sill, a store selling houseplants and the accessories and supplies you need to care for and display them, is now open at 4816 Bethesda Avenue at Bethesda Row. They've even got apartment-scale Christmas trees from Norfolk Island, off the coast of Australia. A great conversation piece for your holiday gatherings, and a tree you get to keep, as it continues growing in its pot year-round. Operating hours are 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM Monday through Saturday, and 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM on Sundays.

At least it isn't another moribund bank branch.
Will they actually sell enough plans to cover the rent there? I have a hard time believing this.
