White Star Investments, a privately-owned real estate investment firm currently located in Democracy One Plaza in North Bethesda, is taking a leaf out of JBG Smith's book in finding a tenant for its property at 7904 Woodmont Avenue: It will move into the space itself. The ground floor has already been leased by hot dog restaurant Dog Haus. But the upper floor, which used to be Parva Lounge, has continued to sit vacant.
