Brick wall destroyed again at 7-Eleven in Bethesda (Photos)

Oh, no, not again! Someone accidentally or intentionally smashed into the brick wall along the property line separating 7-Eleven at 7820 Wisconsin Avenue from the vacant EagleBank property behind it in downtown Bethesda. The same thing happened last May, but the damage from yesterday's crash is even worse than last year's. About half of the wall is completely destroyed, just 13 months after it had been rebuilt. It looks like a guardrail or bollards are needed to prevent this recent surge in poor or malicious driving.

That parking lot is crazy. I have come close. That is why I don't use that 7-11 anymore.
Hate the parking

The way that wall is so utterly demolished, in so many tiny pieces, with two layers of brick and steel bars, it looks pretty intentional. Don't they have security cameras that would record someone doing that sort of thing?

You are severely overestimating the strength of brick if you think a vehicle needs to do much for that wall to fall over. It was probably a delivery vehicle that poked the wall without even touching the parking blocks.

Good grief, what did they use, an Abrams tank? Half the wall has been vaporized.
