Montgomery County police responded to a report of a strong-arm rape in Bethesda during the afternoon on Valentine's Day. The sexual assault was reported in the 9400 block of Old Georgetown Road at 3:45 PM. It was reported in a commercial parking lot. No further information is available at this time.
