The second of two new Citibank branches has opened in downtown Bethesda. This one is located at 8101 Wisconsin Avenue, formerly a TD Bank branch. Citibank has retained the drive-thru from the previous tenant. An existing branch at 8001 Wisconsin has closed. The other new branch is located at 4760 Bethesda Avenue, in the Flats at Bethesda Avenue apartments.

Just what we needed! Now the homeless, druggies and tex mex restaurant customers have a convenient brick and mortar place to withdraw cash to purchase the aforementioned!
2:06 PM - the old Citibank branch was one block south of there, for over three decades, and it was actually closer to the Mexican carryout and to Cordell House.
Many residents of the Cordell homeless shelter in that area that loiter around town during the day. With all of their energy and time on their hands, perhaps Aksoylu Properties could hire them to fix up all of abandoned properties associated with their "Artena Bethesda" stalled project?
