H&M is coming to Pike & Rose

Montgomery County shoppers will have one more location of H&M to choose from in the future - in Phase 2 of Federal Realty's Pike & Rose development. The international fast-fashion chain has leased a 24032 SF space in the currently-unnamed luxury apartment building under construction at the northwest corner of Grand Park Avenue and PerSei Place. Sur la Table will be in the same building along Grand Park Avenue.

The deal marks the return of H&M to the Pike District of North Bethesda. H&M previously had a store in the now-demolished White Flint Mall.

Poor Pike and Rose. One step up with REI, two steps back with H&M. I wouldn't let the Au Pair be seen in their shoddy clothes.

H&M is good for bringing in a younger demographic. I applaud this signing.

6:19 AM speaking in the royal "we" again?

Federal Realty doesn't even need a PR/Marketing team after all the crap you post about Pike & Rose and Bethesda Row

"Younger demographic"

Does the 300-yard rule apply here?

The #1 Tool of law enforcement today is social media

I love that Dyer is censoring people who are criticizing him.

Doesn't he criticize county council members, planning department, MoCo in general all the time?

9:49am shouldn't journalists be skeptical of those in power?
We have enough cheerleaders in the legacy local media.

Skepticism should be based on logic and the pursuit of truth, not triggered by resentment over a lifetime of failure.

6:13 PM You just described the bloggers who attempted to "compete" with Dyer-- full of resentment towards Robert Dyer.

4:05 PM Yes, writing fair articles about the Council is "obsessive hatred"..lol.
Get a grip, sir. This is journalism, Robert Dyer has no obligation to coddle our elected officials.

The real tragedy is your "obsessive hatred" of Robert Dyer, which is evident daily as you post your stalkerish, unintentionally funny threats and weird comments. You don't even troll well.

7:26 PM Your resentment of Robert Dyer is crystal-clear. You're so crazy, you don't even realize how weird your comments are. Get help.

I feel bad for Poppy's Au Pair. Let her dress the way she wants. Not everyone can afford Lily Pullitzer, you snob.

Saw the most unusual thing the other day. A man arranging cardboard cutouts in a retail store. At a display, to the dressing room, finally at the checkout. I kept looking around for anyone recording or streaming, but saw nothing.
He gathered them up, walked to the parking lot and I watched as he arranged them in his vehicle.
Suddenly it all made sense. It was a Tesla. I'd been in Vineyard Vines.
I had just encountered Poppy, the au-pair and the twins.
What a day!
