Orange Theory, Filicori Zecchini post Coming Soon signage at Park Potomac

Gym chain Orange Theory and Italian coffee shop Filicori Zecchini have posted Coming Soon signage at their future Park Potomac locations. They are both in the new building near Founding Farmers.

Orange Theory's selling point is a workout that keeps you at 84% of your maximum heart rate, which it says increases your metabolism for up to 36 hours after your 60-minute workout at the gym.

Can anyone picture Dyer doing this? He would trip over his trench coat on the treadmill, and "get a visit from Uncle Rhabdo" after doing two bicep curls in a row.

You probably don't want to bring up the physical fitness of local DC area bloggers. There's not exactly a Schwarzenegger body builder among them.

a body perfect for blogging like a face perfect for radio?

Yeah, would love to meet the local journalists and anonymous trolls who look like Fabio.

I know I shouldn't laugh, but...blame 11:37. That's really funny.

I think Dyer was laughing too-just before he hit delete.
