Donohoe files noise suppression plan for The Rugby in Woodmont Triangle

Donohoe Construction has filed a Noise Suppression Plan with Montgomery County for the construction of The Rugby, a second tower next to the existing Gallery Bethesda apartments. The plan details the noise mitigation measures Donohoe will employ during excavation and removal of bedrock from the site, as well as during the installation of concrete footings, walls and caissons, and the tower crane foundations. The site is located at 4850 Rugby Avenue.

All work will be performed "during daytime and weekdays only," according to the Department of Environmental Protection. Donohoe's filing lists the building name as The Rugby, which had been under consideration as the final name for the 17-story mixed-use building.

However, that could easily change. One is reminded of this by the fact that most official Planning Department and other County documents even in 2016 referred to the Bainbridge Bethesda as "The Monty," its original name during the planning stages of that building.

I hear that Sean Spicer may be on his way out. Looks like you might have a job soon.

Will Donahoe suppress Dyer's noise? That should be counted as "providing a public amenity".

11:49: Punching you in the face would qualify under that, as well.

And look at Dyer losing his shit and threatening people again.

My God, Dyer is insaner than Donald Trump. Maybe one of the ladies of SNL will play him in an upcoming show.

8:05: You're threatening me. And facing 2 years in federal prison for each threat. You're so stupid, you don't even realize that if I did want to threaten you, you couldn't file a complaint because it would require you to reveal your identity, Mr. Anonymous Girly Man Coward.

9:53: More insane than George Leventhal saying he doesn't feel safe in November 2016, berating a female County employee on live TV about her "body language" and trying to secede from Maryland in 2014, and claiming that most kids who are bullied in school are gay in 2008? Not likely, moron.

You aren't the only one taking names and keeping copies.

Shut up, idiot. I am the news in Bethesda. Campaign slogan?
Nah, but sure would make a great sign. If you see one, it's me. If you see hundreds, well, I know a lot of people.
