New Kenwood home hits the market (Photos)

Teardowns have been rare in the elite Kenwood neighborhood in Chevy Chase, but a custom built home that replaced an original Kenwood house is now on the market. 5204 Dorset Avenue will set you back $4.3 miilion dollars, and is being offered by Washington Fine Properties.
The home has 6 bedrooms, a whopping 6 full baths, and 2 half-baths. Despite having plenty of room inside, it still has a backyard large enough to throw the football around. Looks like a tight maneuver to get the Rolls Royce into the garage at that angle, though. First World Problems!

They'll get a lot of traffic when the Cherry Blossoms emerge.

They can be a neighbor of a Washington Capital as well. Too bad he paid less for his tear down than this property which sat vacant for at least a year.

"Washington Fine Properties" - what a joke. Amazing that well-to-do Washingtonians don't understand that WFP self deals by limiting access to its listings.
